I find myself getting disproportionately annoyed whenever I see groups of middle-aged women tottering around town like teenagers, wearing high heeled shoes that they can’t walk in properly. Surely by their age they should have either:
a) learned to walk in heels, or
b) accepted that they can’t walk in heels and decided that they love themselves enough to put comfort ahead of fashion, vanity or whatever it is that makes them keep on wearing the damn things and making themselves look ridiculous?
Makes me appreciate being a man. I have never had to learn how to be fashionable. Men get to do things more natural to project their masculinity. Belching takes little practice though I must admit I do spend considerable time at it 🙂

Ah, you see, that’s it, right there. You practice and you improve. These women must have been practicing all day, every day, for at least twenty years. And they’ve got absolutely no better. It’s beyond me.

This applies to all ages I feel – you can’t walk in them, don’t wear them. And also, if you can’t: practice!!!!! All woman should know how to walk in heels.

Younger teenagers I let off because they’ve enough on getting used to their bodies never mind their shoes, but grown women baffle me.
